OTHER SIDE is a deeply human and timely film that follows Connecticut-based activist Lynda Bluestein in her final year of life as she fights for the right to die on her own terms. After three separate cancer diagnoses and difficult rounds of treatment, Lynda challenged the legal system in Vermont to access medical aid in dying—and won. The film offers a poignant and intimate portrait of her journey as a matriarch, an advocate, and a fallible human being confronting mortality with courage and clarity.
